TITAN Containers A/S appoints Lukas Bengtsson and Joseph Plampin as Co-CEOs
The appointment of Lukas Bengtsson and Joseph Plampin as Co-CEOs brings together complementary commercial and operational leadership as TITAN enters its next phase of international growth.
After leading TITAN Containers for 3 successful years Søren Mogensen has resigned as CEO in favour of new opportunities and challenges. TITAN are pleased to announce the appointment of Lukas Bengtsson and Joseph Plampin as Co-Chief Executive Officers.
This appointment reflects TITAN’s growing international strengths and reinforces the company’s strategies and ambitions to further its position as the market leading supplier of temperature-controlled storage solutions, extensive and expanding self-storage services as well as with dry container logistic and storage solutions.
The Board of Directors has appointed Bengtsson and Plampin to jointly lead the company, recognising the complementary expertise they bring across operations and commercial development.
Joseph Plampin will continue to lead TITAN’s global commercial organisation, including sales, customer partnerships and business development. Lukas Bengtsson will continue to lead the Group’s operational organisation, focusing on operational excellence, scalability and execution across TITAN’s international business.
Layland Barker, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said:
“Joseph and Lukas already lead TITAN’s commercial and operational organisation and have worked closely with the executive leadership team to shape the company’s development. The Board’s decision formalises a leadership partnership that has proven highly effective and positions TITAN strongly for its continued growth. Their combined experience, complementary expertise and shared commitment to our customers and colleagues make them exceptionally well positioned to lead TITAN into its next chapter.”
Layland Barker added:
“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Søren for his leadership and dedication over the past years. He has made an important contribution to TITAN’s development and helped strengthen the company for the future. We thank him for his commitment and wish him every success in the next chapter of his career.”
Søren Mogensen said:
“It has been a privilege to lead TITAN and work alongside so many talented colleagues around the world. I am proud of what we have achieved together and confident that Lukas and Joseph are the right leaders to guide TITAN into its next phase. I wish them, and the entire TITAN team, every success in the future.”
Commenting on their appointment, Lukas Bengtsson and Joseph Plampin said:
“We are honoured by the confidence the Board has placed in us. We already have the privilege of working closely with our colleagues and customers around the world, and we look forward to building on that collaboration in our new roles as Co-CEOs.
TITAN has a strong entrepreneurial culture, exceptional people and significant opportunities ahead. Together, we will continue to strengthen our commercial and operational capabilities, invest in innovation and create long-term value for our customers, partners and employees. Our focus remains unchanged: delivering outstanding solutions, supporting our customers’ success and building on the strong foundation that has made TITAN a trusted global partner.”
The Co-CEO structure reflects TITAN’s belief that commercial excellence and operational excellence are equally critical to delivering long-term value for customers and supporting the company’s continued international growth.
The leadership transition does not change TITAN’s strategic direction. The company will continue to focus on sustainable long-term growth, operational excellence and delivering innovative storage solutions that support customers across industries including logistics, food, pharmaceuticals, retail and manufacturing.
