Kill insect infestations
Freezing below -30°C/-22°F is a well proven method of destroying insects and their eggs in business or private belongings.
We have been helping museums, hotels, schools, the public sector and citizens cleanse fabrics for years. Some of this work is performed with an ArcticStore at the customer premises. Many customers, particular B2C bring their possesions to a TITAN site where the deep freezing is performed.
Insect species killed through deep freezing include:
Bed bugs (Cimicidae), Silver fish (Zygentoma) Skin, carpet or leather beatles (Dermestid) and moths (Lepidoptera).

Cold testing
Create your own Arctic conditions at you site. -40°C/-40°F is realisable worlwide!
Cold testing of components, machinery and products is a very common application for our refrigerated containers.
The picture above is an approx. 150m² drive in cold testing facility supplied to a leading car manufacturer. This model includes electric doors.
Warm testing
ArcticStore can also heat to +45°C/113°F and out HotStore will as high as +70°C/158¯F if hot testing is required.

Battery storage
As battery technology advances there are bigger and bigger batteries in use. To maintain quality these often need to be stored at a constant temperature and in some cases a broad but defined humidity range.
ArcticStore refrigerated containers can do both!

storage of carbon fiber and other sensitive materials
Carbon fibre as well as other modern engineering and production materials also need reliable and accurate temperature controlled environments.
